This is where it all begins. All you have to do is make up your own character. All you have to do is click new thread and it brings the code up for you. Wait patiently for the admin to approve you.
Other staff have the approval to post on your profile to tell you if you need to add more to it and such.

Located within the sheriff's office are those loyal and local police officers that run this town and make sure it is kept in good condition.

Is there a fire? Of a cat stuck up a tree? Yup, those fellows in the fire department are those that come to the rescue.

Only a selected few living in the condominiums. It is the only condominium square in the city and only has about 13 housings.
